Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College Trust and Management Society, a registered body owes its origin as a tribute to a great soul, MAHARSHI SWAMI DAYANDAND SARASWATI (1824- 1883), the initiator and founder of Arya samaj. The sole aim of his movement is to instill in the students a refined outlook with utmost discipline and deep dedication to the pursuit of knowledge. The society established it's first institution at Lahore on June 1st 1886 with the honorary service of LALA HANSRAJ, as it's Headmaster. Inspired by the selfless and dedicated Motto "WORK IS WORSHIP", it started spreading a wide spectrum throughout the whole country. |
