provisionally selected for admission into LKG Class for the academic
session 2008-2009. The admission will be taken on 14.03.2008 at
the time mentioned below against the 1st Alphabet of their
names according to the list. The parents (Father & Mother both)
must be present at the time of admission with requisite fees & BIRTH
CERTIFICATE IN ORIGINAL for verification. Under no circumstances the
admission shall be considered without the Original Birth Certificate

Admission fee as stated above may be deposited in
shape of cash or Bank Draft only drawn in any Nationalized Bank in
favour of “Principal, D.A.V. Public School, Chandrasekharpur”. No
Cheque for the purpose shall be entertained. ·
The parents who have not mentioned the Blood Group
of their ward are required to submit the Test report of Blood Group at
the time of admission. ·
Birth Certificates only from Registrar, Birth &
Death will be accepted. ·
Name & Date of Birth once entered in the
Admission Register shall not be altered in any circumstances. ·
The presence of the child/ward is not necessary at
the time of admission. ·
In addition to the admission fees a sum of
Rs.1000/-(approximately) is required to be deposited in the Books
counter in cash on the day of admission. The Books will be made
available on the respective classrooms as per the following schedule on
production of the bill/money receipt to the class teacher. Date

Bus service to desirous students shall be provided
from June 2008 on payment of Rs.6000/- per annum (June’08 to
March’09). The students desirous to avail the bus service are required
to apply in the printed format in the school office in the month of
April during taking the textbooks. Bus Fee may hike in the event of
increase of fuel cost during the mid-session. ·
No
request in respect of change of admission date shall be entertained. THE
SCHOOL UNIFORM FOR LKG HAS BEEN CHANGED. PARENTS ARE REQUESTED TO
PURCHASE THE SCHOOL UNIFORM AS PER THE SAMPLE TO BE DISPLAYED ON
